I’m looking forward to attending the 12th annual Flavors of Denver Culinary Gala on Tuesday, September 20th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Denver. The gala benefits the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Liver Foundation

This annual fundraising event is tying together 20 of the Front Range’s top chefs including Daniel Asher with Linger, Jensen Cummings with Row 14, James Mazzio with Mise en Place, Matt Mine with Oceainaire and Charley Sinden with Ale House.

From a culinary perspective, each chef prepare a five course meal including wine pairings for each personal table of ten. Each table even has been personally designed by each respective chef, to reflect their food and style. Groups of guests will be assigned their specific chef table for the evening.

There will also be a silent auction during and live auction for great events, all proceeds go toward the Foundation. To create a more personal touch, each guest will be introduced to a special guest speaker who shares their personal battle with liver disease.

This is a wonderful, charitable event with a unique culinary experience tied into it. As I always say, giving is living.
