Just BE Kitchen’s menu in Denver is gluten, grain and refined Sugar Free (and they’re 99% dairy free). Opened in April of 2017, they’ve been going strong for a year and have just expanded their hours to be open for dinner. Their menu supports any allergy or food preference, while still serving delicious and hearty food.

Stem Ciders goes big by opening Acreage, a 30,000 square-foot space that sits on a 12-acre hilltop with mountain views in Lafayette, CO. Part cider-house, part wood-fired, gluten-free restaurant, and part production facility – it has a little something for everyone as they rapidly expand and give back to their community.
