Yes, CalNaturale wines arrived in unique packaging – one of which that isn’t a glass bottle but compact Terra Pak, a light weight unbreakable container. It is easy to open and is re-closable. It’s also sustainable, as the material is renewable.
I tried their Cabernet Sauvignon (2008) a Chardonnay (2009). The grapes are organic and certified by C.C.O.F. and Q.A.I. from the Paso Robles Appellation, in California’s central coast.
My particular favorite was the Cab, as it was dark and earthy. Great for theh approaching Winter evenings.
The cab has received a plethora of Gold Medal Awards and the Chardonnay received many Silver Medals, as well.
Combining unique packaging (easy for toting around and opening) and a delicious tasting wine, you want to try them now, right?
The folks at CalNaturale have been kind enough to offer one lucky winner the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon (1L) to enjoy.
