It’s that time of year again. Boulder’s own restaurant week, in the form of First Bite Boulder.
There are over 50 restaurants in the area participating, it’s three courses, and it’s just $27 per person from November 14th to 22nd
With some new restaurants participating this year, I chatted with one of them, Iva Paleckova, Owner of Blooming Beets asking her why she was excited to participate and what you could expect to find on her special menu.
Why are you participating in First Bite?
Blooming Beets Kitchen opened less than 6 months ago. At this point, 70% of Blooming Beets customers are the regulars, and we are hoping to pick up some new customers. Our hope is to introduce our kitchen to the health conscious foodies of Boulder.
What is a special menu inclusion you’re looking forward to including on your FBB menu?
Blooming Beets Kitchen is Boulder’s first 100% grain-free (and by extension gluten0free) restaurant that only serves 100 grass-fed meats, organic product, and avoids any processed food including industrially processed seed oils or corn and soy products. Blooming Beets Kitchen’s signature pastured bacon wrapped dates, with dairy-free cashew butter and customer’s all time favorite, 100% chocolate lava cake with dairy free ice cream. They’re both a must try!
I look at First Bite as a good opportunity to get out and about, try a restaurant you’ve been meaning to, with a great price point. You can make your reservations here.
