Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

I’ve partnered with Uncommon Goods before and I love their commitment to be a platform for artists and designers to feature their work. Half of what they sell is made by hand and many of the products are made domestically, in the United Sates. I’m big on community, and Uncommon Goods focuses on that being an integral part to their success and mission.

I can always find interesting foodie items and I’ve included many of their items on my foodie gift guides over the years.

True to their tagline: creative living. mindful giving. I think there’s something unique for everyone here which is why I’m happy to support them.

With Mother’s Day ahead of us – May 11th to be exact – they’ve curated some great, unique gifts for mom which you can see here.

Uncommon Goods Mother's Day GiftsSome of my favorites (of course many are food-based) include the cheese and cracker “&” board here, the tea from around the world set here, the delicately beautiful “I’ll be there” necklace here, these two aerating wine glasses and these funky “a mother’s love is beyond measure,” spoon set that are handmade from Eugene, Oregon.

cheese & crackers serving board Uncommon GoodsI can’t tell you which gift I’m getting my dear mother from the lists, or else she would find out since she’s such a good Grace(full) Plate reader. But this is a great time to give back to our mother’s in our lives to show how we love and care.

Take a look at their curated gifts at Uncommon Goods and if you do find something special for that dear momma in your life, you can rest assured because they donate $1 to the non-profit of your choice. This is their Better to Give program that they started 12 years ago and they’ve donated over $700,000 to charities around the world since.
